I had the sweetest little almost-one-year-old in the studio over the weekend! He loves Mickey Mouse, so his mom had a Mickey themed smash cake made! It was the cutest little cake ever. He smashed that cake good! Also, have you ever seen cuter curls. Oh they just melt me!
Kicking off 2020 with a little studio action! WHAT? Did I just say that? It is something that is different for me, but something I have am so excited about! I have always dreamed of a studio, and couldn’t be more grateful for my tiny space.
This spring semester is absolutely flying by. How is it possible that in less than six short weeks I will be sitting in graduation ceremonies watching my younger sister and all of her friends graduate from high school?
Having grown up in the same church and knowing Madison’s family my whole life made this wedding day extra fun and special for me. Madison and Michael chose New Orleans as their wedding destination as it holds a special place in their love story. While in college, Madison and Micheal were set up on a blind date to a formal which was held in New Orleans and from there the rest was history.
As the new year has begun, I have so enjoyed reflecting back on all of the incredible people and events that I had the honor of photographing over the course of the last year. I am truly honored for each and every opportunity to photograph family and friends. I appreciate each invitation to be a part of the special moments and events in your lives.
Allison's mom reached out to me a couple weeks ago and said my favorite words "we have a hush hush event coming up and we were wondering if you could photograph it!" Whenever I get a call like this I immediately get excited because it normally something quite exciting it about to go down. And it is always such an honor to get to be a part of it!
My older sister just graduated from the University of Mississippi last Saturday. It is so hard to believe that she has been over there for FOUR years!! SO hard to believe.
My sister’s boyfriend’s brother (got all that!) recently had his first child. I, of course, was so excited to get to come photograph this sweet new baby. He is just perfect. Will and Laura, thanks again for letting come photograph this precious new baby of yours.
Oh I had so so much fun with this sweet girl! She was an absolute joy to photograph & not to mention she is absolutely stunning.
This group of gorgeous girls are ADPi’s at Auburn. They will all be living together in the fall & needed to fill a whole wall with art. I just loveeeee that they chose to fill this space with pictures of their friendship.
They were such a joy to photograph! I can’t wait to see all these images hanging on their walls!!
I had the best time with this cutie back in the fall!
I had the best time chasing her around and catching a few giggles here and there!
Last summer I had to honor to photograph Kristen and Micah’s wedding. They had an absolutely perfect day. Their wedding took place at First United Methodist Church here in Montgomery, AL which is an absolutely gorgeous church and a beautiful reception followed at Montgomery Country Club. I had so much fun with these two, they are such sweet souls and are absolutely perfect together.
